Treflo (treflo.com, app.treflo.com or GST Billing App – Treflo) collects/uses/transmits/stores Personal Information shared by you for following:

1) Treflo collects/transmits/syncs/stores Phone Number to enable Unique ID for User Authentication and Communication. 

2) Treflo collects/transmits/syncs/stores Full Name to enable User identification. 

3) Treflo collects/transmits/syncs/stores Email ID to enable communication of OTPs, invoices etc. 

4) Treflo collects/transmits/syncs/stores Profile Picture to enable site personalisation. 

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: 

1. Communicate with you;
2. Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
3. When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
